As a DHL EasyJet ramp agent, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, operating ground service equipment, and ensuring smooth aircraft turnaround, while maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to airport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Baggage Handling: Load and unload customer baggage and cargo from aircraft.

Equipment Operation: Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and steps to disembark and baggage carts.

Aircraft Marshalling: Guide arriving and departing aircraft on the ground using hand signals and communication via headset equipment.

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, comply with airport health and safety and security guidelines.

Collaboration: Work with other ramp agents, ground handling staff, and airline personnel.
Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move luggage up to 30kg (or 35kg).
Adaptability: Be able to adapt to adverse weather conditions.

Upskilling: Opportunity to upskill and operate various vehicles and machinery.
