Today marks the 102nd anniversary of Armistice day. Although we cannot hold our Remembrance Service as usual, we are not prevented from remembering, being thankful and sharing the stories of the past. Our Remembrance Service 2020 is a virtual service in the form of this video. Our students give readings, we have a message from our Chaplain, and a musical performance; as we would have done if the service held place in school, like other years.
Here is our Teacher of MFL Mrs S Woolley performing The Last Post. This video includes our Roll of Honour, plus a 2 minute silent time. All of our students will stand at their desks, with this video playing, while they observe a 2 minute silence, remembering all the men and women who have served for us.
